Monthly plans receive credits at each monthly renewal. Yearly plans are billed annually at 50% off the equivalent monthly total, while credits are still granted monthly.

MixVio offers one refund review per account for the first paid subscription purchase within 7 calendar days, if no more than 100 credits from that term have been used, including promotional credits granted with that first subscription. Eligibility for review is not a guarantee of approval. Renewals, later subscriptions, and credit packs follow the Refund Policy.

The Free plan includes 40 one-time welcome credits valid for 7 days and access to every available model when the balance covers its quote. It keeps one active job at a time, lower-priority delivery, watermarked or disclosed output, images up to 1K, and video up to 480p and 6 seconds. Free assets remain available for about 7 days. Upgrade to continue after the credits expire or run out.

Yes for images and voiceovers. Free Plan image outputs include a visible MixVio watermark, and Free voiceovers include an audible MixVio disclosure. Free videos do not add a MixVio plan watermark. Lite, Starter, Pro, and Ultra exports do not add a MixVio plan watermark.

Paid plans include commercial use of outputs you create on MixVio, subject to the Terms of Service. You must have rights to every reference, face, voice, brand, and prompt you submit. Free-plan outputs are for evaluation and are not for commercial publishing.

Uploads and generated results stay in your private workspace and are not listed publicly. Providers process a request only to complete that run. Download links are short-lived and scoped to your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.

No. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll into the next period. Remaining subscription credits are forfeited when paid entitlement ends. Purchased credit packs keep their own expiry.

Choose One-time on this page. Packs are $10, $20, $40, and $100 and up. Credits stay valid for 12 months and do not require a subscription. A pack includes download, watermark-free export, commercial use, and full resolution for 12 months. It does not add concurrent jobs or batch generation. The same packs are in Credits & usage.

Purchased packs expire 12 months after purchase and remain usable until that expiry even if you later cancel your subscription.

Paid creations stay accessible long-term after cancellation. Keep access while your account remains active, subject to storage limits, user deletion, and legal or safety requirements. Outputs created on the Free plan expire after about 7 days.

Taxes may be added at checkout. Model credit prices can change as provider costs change, but every generation shows and locks its cost before submission.
