How do I upscale a video?
Upload an owned MP4, MOV, or WebM video, choose 1080p, 2K, or 4K, review the credit quote, then select Enhance. Login is required before submission.
What formats, length, and size are supported?
Upload owned MP4, MOV, WebM, or M4V videos up to 60 seconds and 200 MB. You get a private enhanced MP4 at 1080p, 2K, or 4K that keeps the source frame rate. Aspect ratio stays with the source. Targets requiring more than 4× enlargement are unavailable. Review source audio in the private export before publishing.
Does upscaling recover true source detail, or just stretch the video?
No. MixVio reconstructs toward delivery resolution rather than simple stretch, but enhancement can introduce inferred detail. It cannot recover ground truth that was never in the source. Always inspect the private export before publishing.
How do credits work?
Credits are quoted from duration and target resolution before you submit: 2 credits per second at 1080p, 6 at 2K or 4K; sources above 30 fps are quoted at twice the rate. Outputs larger than 1920×1080 are quoted at the 2K/4K rate. If the source frame rate cannot be verified, the quote uses the 60 fps rate.
